IGN: Beishung, Sichuan, Ailuropoda Problem: Lost every non-untradeable equip and mesos Details: I havent been playing much lately (I was active during the Halloweenevent, not much after that), but with the new hype and all I decided to try it out. After not being able to log in yesterday, I was able to today to find an unpleasant surprise: My top 3 characters lost every equip they were wearing that wasn't untradeble. My mage and sin (Ailuropoda and Sichuan) were just decently equiped, nothing special. But my main, Beishung (pally) lost his perfectly scrolled Crushed Skull (159 att), 14 att silver Aquila Shield, 10 att gloves and well, everything else he was wearing. Seeing how my lower chars still have everything, I'm guessing I was hacked, but seeing how I don't know if this problem has been caused during the new source updates, or if it has been so during the month of december, I'm not sure. I know you guys are having a hard time with everything going on with the new source and the problem which arose with that, but if you could find some time to check into the logs and see what happened to my items (and hopefully, get them back), I would very much appreciate it. Just making sure this isn't too far down by the time you get doing these again. I would love to start playing again as soon as I can.
1) Bumping your thread puts it at the back of the line because we work from oldest to newest. 2) Nothing from the new source transition would've caused you to lose every tradeable item and your mesos - you were likely hacked. As there were no issues with server security to cause it, the hacking would've fallen on you as a personal account security issue so there's nothing that could be refunded.
Ok, thank you very much for your reply. As I said, my assumption was hacking as well. I'm sorry to hear there is nothing you guys can do. I guess this will be goodbye than.
