Not Bug Items in shop dissapeared after server crash. Fredrick got nothing to withdraw.

    As title says, when the server crashed at around 23:55 24/8-2016, and all the shops in fm was shut down. When i relogged to game after a couple of minutes, my shop was down aswell.
    But Fredrick did not give me my items back, so all I had in my shop is somehow gone. I do not understand how this happened. Any chance I can get my items back?
