IGN: Lcsy Problem: Gacha coupon used however items is missing Deets: 1st March around 6pm server time I have used 7 gacha coupon in kerning city, few dark scrolls and bandana was given. Then, I was trying to gacha in NLC, the first try a black seal chair was given, however the following tries is unavailable saying " An unknown error has occur......" But the char is okay to move ard the town and even casting skills. Few minutes later I believe server is crashed as i could not log in after dc. I have only to manage a screenshot at this point. The next day 2nd Mar 2:30 am when i log in. All items from gacha is missing, but the gacha count is used. Char roll back to a different map too. Appreciate if my 7 gacha coupon could b refunded. Thanks.
Refunds were not offered for anybody during this rollback. No exceptions can be made for this, sorry!
