Regarding your concern, the game items do not disappear randomly, so I can only assume you have been hacked As per the guideline at https://royals.ms/forum/threads/read-first-making-a-thread-in-character-issues.195221/ We are unable to provide a refund as there have not been database breaches from Royals end You mentioned this isn't the first time happening, but have you changed your password, PIC and PIN after the previous incidents? We would also strongly recommend not using the same password, PIC and PIN as other private servers
Well that's incredibly sad and disappointing, considering how little effort it would take for you guys to restore it. But oh well, I'll just move on to another server. PS! never same acc or passwords on anything I have on different platforms, just as an fyi and good luck with ur current policy with the dwindeling player base
