Hello guys, a new player on this server Just opened a shadower and discovered about HP Washing - and i could understand some points. Some threads saying shadower dont really need HP Washing while other says its a must - i understand its something every player has to decide for themselves but i guess i should do it right? at least for low HP goal. Can i start HP wash at any time? or i should start it as low level as possible? if so - can i "fix" it in higher level if i havent started yet? (im only 25). I havent put any int points to my characters nor i have int gear, how importent is it for shadower? so basically what im asking here is: in what level should i start HP washing for my shadower? and can i lvl him up to 100+ without HP wash and only than "fix" its Hp and to Washes? HP washing basically upgrades shadower from an okay class into an elite class. Think of it like Meso Guard effectively doubling the HP you gain from washing. You can do most content unwashed, but shadowers benefit so much from it that it would be a shame not to. The important thing to understand is that HP washing relies on your character getting extra MP, and the only way to get extra MP is through levelups. So you should start adding INT as early as possible, and also look for washing equips in FM. Since you're new and I doubt that you want to leech all the way to 4th job, I would add INT along with LUK. Add INT primarily, and add just enough LUK to kill enemies without outside help. Cap your INT at 180-200 or so. The great thing about shadowers is that no matter how much INT you have, you can still train in 3rd job by blowing up elderwraiths, headless horsemen, giant gold monks etc. with meso explosion. I have a shad that I played self-sufficiently with 180 base INT, washing with only vote NX, and currently have 20k HP with about 26k potential (thanks to another technique called MP washing).
I won't give advice on what you should or should not do. But if you decide to remake your character I can give you Orbis ETC to get you from level 10-30 i 10 minutes, that way you can add AP into INT earlier. Send me a message here and we an arrange it if you decide to remake. Happy mapling
Thanks for the detailed answer! so is this a good start?: ill open a new shadower with the help of @Breig and will put int into it, and will level it normally withtout wash util ill have 180-200 base int. after that, i will save up vote nx for washes. did you wear int gear with your shadower while leveling? i hope its not necessary. thanks again!
