Details: I am not quite sure how much I am supposed to get from the advancement, but comparing to others of a similar level (default bishops) they have way more MP and a bit more HP than me, so I believe this issue for me hasn't been personally corrected. You don't receive any HP from job advancing as a Mage, and your current MP is not very different from other Bishops of the same level (definitely not the lowest), your equips, when you maxed out Improved MaxMP, and rng matters. The reason for the refund that happened on the 19th of April was to refund players the HP or MP they did not receive because both third and fourth job did not give any, you would have been refunded as well. I can't see anything that would point to only you not being affected by the refund, they were done automatically, so it wouldn't be possible for only you to not have been refunded.
