Join the Crusade!

Hello everyone! Hope ya havin a good day, Gladius here. I recently created a guild called ''Crusade'' and I'm hopin it will become a super chill place to hang out and bond with others by doing organized group pqs, Zak runs, Guild pqs aswell as do original guild events. The community aspect of the old MS was my favorite part of the game after all so I figured making a guild specifically centered around chillin with em homies would be a great idea.
I don't wanna go around here quoting anime or use too many anime terms since anime analogies and things alike are often met with negative reactions. But I think by Using things inspired from the series Log Horizon with their guild net and One Piece with the straw hats' ''Nakama'' I can easier make you all understand my vision of what I want the guild to become, so let's start shall we?

I think Log Horizon decribes my idea of a guild pretty well. and it's something along the lines of ''A guild is not made awesome by the amount of members it has nor is it determined by the strength of these members. A guild becomes something awesome if every single member tries with all their heart to make it awesome'' It may sound corny but this is exactly what I want Crusade to be like.

I don't want it to be somewhere people join just to get a cool name or guild emblem under their name nor to mass invite people just to become a big guild, I don't care who you are, what your level is, what your stats are, to be honest i really don't care about anything concerning your character. But I care about YOU. If you are a level 10 beginner with no knowledge of the game whatsoever, but a great sense of humor, a nice attitude aswell as the effort to put in some work for others, im down to recruit you on every last day of the week, even the 8th.
However, if you're level 180, got more bank than Gates and hit more than a titanium truck on steroids, hey, that's great for you, but if you don't care about others, don't wanna be there when people need you and contribute to a good guild atmosphere you're not going in, sorry.

With my vision and thoughts of The Crusade stated above I wanna continue with some of the rules (or guidelines) aswell as some information about guild ranks and ranking aswell as some stuff about me.

Now who am I? Im a 16, Swedish and I would describe myself as thoughtful, witty, random and ambitious. I currently study Economics so I might have times where I'm busy with school therefore can't play too much Maple. Maplestory isn't the only thing I play though, I'm really passionate about Super Smash Brothers Melee, I compete in it, the scene and community is great and I'ts so cool to be a part of it. (If you haven't watched the Melee documentary I suggest you do if you have even the slighest interest in fighting games and Smashbros, it has a few cringe-worthy moments but even with them the documentary is really entertaining to watch. (shout outs to Samox))
And music interests? My taste of mysic is extremely varied but Eminem makes up a big part of it (The GOAT)

Now that's enough about me let's move back to the guild.

Rules;

1. Never be rude to anyone in the guild or outside for that matter, just don't. It's unneccesary and can prolly be resolved through other means than calling names etc.
2. Be awesome, stay awesome.
3. HELP EACH OTHER OUT. No seriously I can't touch on this enough. Anyone who has problem with something ingame? Then help them, try to get the problem solved, the question answered and the loose ends tied. Thank you for being awesome~
4. If you are a ''Commander'' which is the name of the Jr. master in Crusade don't just walk around inviting people left and right, I always want to know who gets invited to the guild. I think it's important for me as the guild leader to have some kind of relation with all members. This rule isn't because I want full auctority, I just want to know my members.
5. Don't abuse your rank (Looking at you Jr masters) I think this rule is kind of the same as rule 4. but I wanna clarify. Your ranking is not random, not based on your level or strength as earlier mentioned but it's about how much I respect you, how much work you put in, how helpful you are and how much passion you have for the game, this doesn't mean you can ignore the rules above.
6. Have a great time and enjoy your time in the guild! I really think guilds are supposed to something people see as a necessity in MMO's just because they're such cool concept
