Pre-Read • You must be level 70+ to Finish these Prequests. (You can save A LOT of time if you buy these ETC items Beforehand (NOT required to finish the Prequests though)) • 50 Veetron Horn's • 50 Sweat Bead's • 30 Oil Canisters • 100 Slygie Tail's • 100 Moss Rock's • 100 Rafflesia • I recommend bringing: LOTS of HP & MP pots A pet with Auto HP & MP and an Item Pouch 5+ Nearest Town Scrolls LOTS of patience A Fast Travel Ticket How long it takes to complete everything depends on how familiar you are with the areas and how fast you kill mobs. Notes on Specific Mobs & Drops: • Veetron Horns are dropped from Veetron's located in Ulu Estate I • Sweat Beads are dropped from Berserkie's located in Ulu City Entrance • Oil Canisters are dropped from Montrecer's located in Ulu Estate III • Slygie Tails are dropped from Sylgie's located in Ulu Estate II • Moss Rock's are dropped from Petrifighters located in Ulu City Center • Rafflesias are dropped from Duku's located in Destroyed Park II **You can skip steps #1-#4! Collect 100 Rafflesia from Duku 7e.) Return to Commando Jim Spoiler: Commando Jim NPC Location Commando Jim will give you the Mallet. BONUS: If you talk to Commando Jim again, he will offer a quest called “Savior of Ulu City”, which simply requires you to kill Krexel (which you were probably planning to do anyway). You can finish krex preq as early as lv 90, not 125. Also, the entire ghost ship/capt latanica quest line can be skipped if you acquire the lantern elsewhere (like FM)
Thank you for the info!! I did not know this about Soul Lanterns! Also where did you get LVL 90+ From? After doing some research it appears all quests are LVL 70+,
Oh duh right, lv 70. Because 6 krex = lv 70-90 (back when last hit leech worked), that's probably where I was remembering 90 from.
