Closed Just a MAC ban

    Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on a computer
    Additional Information: I can log in from my laptop perfectly fine, the only problem is that I can't log in with a certain PC I am using (IPv4 Address: 192.168.2.16) which I bought from a friend.
    It is a lot less convenient to play on my laptop, if you could unban this computer it would be very helpful, thank you for the consideration :)
