Hi guys, Im sure theres the map looting policy, whereby people aren't allowed to hunt/loot any items from the map that is not owned by them.

What if someone comes over, killed a few mobs, looted a nice piece of eq, then proceeded to cc. You witness it, but weren't fast enough to screenshot or leave any evidence of sorts. Is there anyway around it?

Witnessed it firsthand once, lucky for me, his IGN was easy to remember, and I proceeded to track him down and demanded the scroll back. But in retrospect, he isn't entitled to return it, especially since there isn't any evidence suggesting his actions?

Sadly, no way around it. Even if you tried to pursue him for the scroll, you've no prior evidence that it belonged to you in the first place, and he might very well report you for harassment.

Just a thought, not sure if its possible. But since there is map ownership. Maybe there can be a command that prevents players that dont own the map from looting. Like it can be turned on and off or something. Would help players who farm maps for scrolls and stuff
