    Hello. You aren’t banned but are connecting with an invalid mac address (00-00-00-00-00-00). You will need to remove this to connect. Could be from a vpn installed on your computer among other things.

    Any way to overcome this issue without uninstalling the vpn? i use the vpn quite often
