I honestly don't recall all my characters. Only the most notable one is the Hero named "Giga" if my memory still serves as that is the active character i last played

I mean I have a Night Lord too.

If there is a need of identifying ownership over the account I would be willing to go into much more details but I really can't remember any of my other character's ign beyond my main character :/

 

Do you remember when you were last able to login and the level you were at? Any equipment that you had to help in identification to recover the account?

 

Level 159 or 160 Hero? named "Giga" had a Stonetooth sword HT neck, zak helm, krex ring, 15 or 16 wa glove? Last login were probably early 2019? Since thats the last time I played before uninstallling

 

I actually am able to login to that account via forum and the control panel, just initially i couldn't remember that account so I posted with this alt, anyways why am I banned again?

 

Also, a quick heads up I have been banned once before on this account, a character named "XelmFPmage" for supposedly "damage hacking" but was later realised to be your system's faulty identification mechanisms at play. Could it simply be that? As a result, do you think it would warrant a quick unbanned? Cause this is getting a bit weird considering it seems like a lot people are getting the same error message when they try and login after a hiatus from the game.

All in all, is there a way to appeal? It's really quite puzzling that I got banned after completely stopping any activity on the game, also having banned wrongly before back in 2016 makes me rather doubtful and disbelieved tbh

Well, it goes back to 2015 if I can remember, made the user account "bitemyfoot" -> "Giga" and proceeded to play on that, was really reluctant to make a mage alt at first since I really disliked the idea of selling leech to earn mesos and to play the game. But eventually this user account -> "XelmFPMage" was created as a mage/leech seller.
