    Heya, Kagutsuchi here. Don't play that often due to work, but occasionally log in to merch and have a chat. Don't know where this came from to be honest, may it be same IP/MAC or any other fancy thingy the guy was using? Because I saw the message when the guy was banned in game, but didn't get a chance to take ss.

    Would it be possible to investigate it further please?

    Same MAC address, ip address and birthday - doesn't look like a mistake to me.
