IGN: HilmanLaa Problem: Constant Disconnections on random Details: I literally got disconnected from Krexel as I was running in a party, afterwards Rose Garden while I was fighting Castle Golem King, and also at Chao as well. I lost a potential gain of 15% Experience in total (which is quite a big deal for my level - 194), a potential loot of Ifia's Earring/Rings/NXs along with 100mil+ mesos for not being able to get into Rose Garden's bonus for Golden Bees and lastly NXs at Chao as well. All these unfortunate disconnection events happened approximately on 21:00:00 Server Time, 14 Jun 2023. Please kindly assist me in this issue and hopefully to be refunded with the potential losses mentioned above, thank you.
Hello. Which installer are you currently using (wz or img)? If you are not using img, please try uninstalling the game completely and reinstalling using the img installer as it is normally more stable. We unfortunately do not refund for issues on the user's side (there was not a server related issue at that time). Sometimes there are regional connection issues that occur.
