Keep on receiving "Error Code 38" after an attempted login

    Dear Mods,

    I am a newcomer to this server. However, I haven't started playing yet because I can't login due to the "Error Code 38" I have been receiving. I don't think it occurs randomly as stated in the "Error Code Guide" post of this forum because from my side, it happened all the time.

    Please advise?
