Kenjioseri's Unban application

IGN: Kenjioseri (Username were Kreigernamm) (( I know i shouldn't tell username but i got 2 accounts because i was going to test if just my account was banned but nope seems like whole Sweden or ISP is banned but i've tried 2 different ISP, from my phone which is Tele2 (4G) and my home network which is Com Hem 500mbps down & 50mbps up )) I've also tried to change my MAC-Address but that won't help either so it's like whole Sweden is banned somehow, the reason why i've tried such things is because i want to check where i was banned so i can tell more into details here


Last thing you did: It was yesterday night and i remember that i was talking to someone and killed monsters and then logged out to take a break and when i was going back to the game i couldn't login it says i'm banned, And i mean killing monsters legaly, I don't have any such cheats or anything, i've just reinstalled my computer because i've bought an SSD.

Why do you think you got banned?: I don't even know as i wasn't there when i got banned.


Ban message when attempting to log in: It says the account have been permanent banned and won't be unlocked and it says that it think i have been using any kind of illegal software but i've not, Everything i've had on my newly installed computer and my old system was iTunes, Spotify, Games, µTorrent, Antivirus & Firewall which is F-Secure and my phone plugged in, This such thing happened when i did plugged in my iPhone 5s into my computer when i was going to backup some kind of pictures.

What GM banned you (optional): I have no idea probably some kind of auto ban or someone who wrongly banned me (like wrong player or something) i have no idea who banned me but i guess it's the auto-ban system or something.

 

I see your exact IP address is associated with a hacker, including someone who registered with the username "admin".

 

I don't remember anything about these name and here's a little story and all my names i've been using and my brother have never been playing Maplestory Private server before so it's not him he's not even playing Maplestory anymore.

Around 2011-late 2011 we changed ISP from ComHem to Universal Telecom (Alltele) and after our contract there we changed back to ISP ComHem year 2014 the date was 12 February as my birthday so i'm not sure if we did got the same IP as someone else. The year was 2010 i think when i played MapleStory before so i have no idea about these names, I'm not so really sure if i have played here before or not, I also did joined this server yesterday i can't remember if i've played here before or not.

Here's a few names all i can remember i've been using in games:

Kenji
Kenjioseri
Kreigernamm
Hampus
NathanCole
CorsairForce
or something similar like these but these is the most common i've used i can't remember any other names i've used online before.

And once again, I don't remember that name at all so i've not seen him / her.

This might be possible the reason why the auto-ban or something did banned me, When i used my iPhone's network (Tele2 4G/3G) i might accidently got an IP address that an hacker used so it did banned me + my account(s) Kenjioseri & Kreigernamm when i tried to login with that IP.

Hmm.... anyother 11 hours almost 12 hours ... and it seems like the Administrator team doesn't taking care of the wrongly banned players so it seems like i have to say goodbye, This problem also happened to a lot more people i see, the auto-ban system needs a fix here.

Anyother thing about that username " admin " maybe the reason why you guys think it was registered but i never registered it what i did was just tried to login with username and password " admin " in game as i just wanted to try it out to see if like only my accounts were banned that was registered by my IP or something similar but not ever play on it or anything... but still the only accounts i've registered are Kenjioseri and Kreigernamm ... but oh well cya if i get unbanned or not.

My Phone Internet - IP Address: Random everytime, from starting with 83 to starting with 37 etc so i can't really say an ip address as it would be an waste.

 

This wasn't a mistake and the system doesn't register usernames you attempt to login to. You made the account admin, or someone on your IP did. Either way, you're associated with a known hacker. Take care.
