So Kenta's Advice has me hit the little boxes around Aqua to get 5 pieces of paper to turn in. So far i've hit about 30 boxes around aquaroad so far, and not a single piece of paper has dropped. I dont remember this quest taking this long to get the paper. Edit: After my 53rd box I finally got a piece of paper to drop. Either i had super bad luck, or the drop rate is a lot lower than i remember. But this is not bugged.
WHAT. I thought it was bugged for the longest time. Thanks for being determined and confirming the paper is obtainable. Time to go back and hunt
It was bugged on the old source, but with the new source they were to have fixed all the bugged quests. I started to question if this one slipped through the cracks as I was 53 boxes in before i finally got a note to drop
