Hello. I believe the quest 'Kenta's advice' has a bug regarding it's drop tables or logic. i got every paper relatively quickly, except for paper D. i got A,B,C, and then E. i then spent several hours and broke open (approximately) 200 chests/boxes looking for the missing paper(roughly tracked via air bubble and orange potion drops), which never dropped. on a hunch i got rid of paper E (so i only had the first three) at which point it took around 3-5 chests to get paper D, and about the same for paper E. this leads me to believe that there is an oversight in the logic dictating drops for this quest, where having the later pages prevents the dropping of earlier ones. i can't really provide any screenshots to support this, but steps to replicate should be: accept quest get paper E, don't have paper D unable to get paper D (or potentially earlier ones as well, for me it only occurred with paper D) ps: i tried searching for a similar report but found none, apologies if this is a duplicate report.
yes, but the odds of there being no drops of paper D for hundreds of chests until i got rid of paper E, followed by 3-5 chests for each in order, are extremely small. that's why i believe it's bugged. apologies if i was unclear.
I did this quest again pretty recently. For two characters so the suffering was doubled. They do drop and it's not unusual for that one goddamn piece you need to refuse to drop for 45 min+. People have complained but I guess it's supposed to be a rite of passage or something, so they've never been open to changing it.
I finish the quest, It took me like 40min, but for some reason the other quest that follows is in a loop of [Lightbulb(Quest) and Book(Finished Quest)]. No reward even thought the quest is in loop.
That’s normal. Now if you buy a new pet or want speed boost for your other pets, you just gotta complete that quest.
