    After completing the quest, you get the rewards exp just fine. Then, the quest shows again on the npc, you can take it again and it shows immediately as completed. you complete it but get nothing, and the quest shows again like a loophole

    That is intentional. Now you can bring any new pets to kenta to buff them without re-completing the quest.
