I bought the ticket to go to Singapore from Kerning City and spoke to the NPC at the airstrip to get on the plane. So everything works up until that point. I was on the plane for some time, I believe 20 minutes or so, until I realized the name of the map is "On the way to Kerning City" which is odd since, I am trying to go to Singapore. In a nutshell: Singapore travel = no work.
