When i played this game 3 years ago, i created my BM which I mp washed with (like put a lot of point into int, then when i got to a certain level, I started putting ability points into my MP stat). Anyways, i quit for a couple years and came back a few days ago, and i completely forgot how many points i put into my mp stat! Im trying to save up to buy ap resets but I am unsure how many i need to remove all of the ability points i put into my mp and put it back into dex. So i was wondering if you guys can help me, below i posted a screenshot of my current stats, and was wondering if you guys could calculate how much dex /str i should have as a lvl 159 (please dont forget i have 5 ability points that are unusued right now.)

ANYONE WHO HELPS ME I WILL BE SO GREATFUL AND I WILL OWE U A BIG FAVOR!!

TLDR: Can anyone calculate how many ability point i have in my mp stat so i can know how many ap resets i need to remove it and to transfer back into dex? Currently a lvl 159 with 5 extra ability points) so pretend im lvl 158 i guess? sry i am bad with this hp washing stuff D:

Incase anyone can not open the photo:

    Unused ability points - 5
    STR - 75
    DEX - 737

Level 159 (but with 5 unused ability points)

Whatever ability points are missing from a normal character that is lvl 158 is in my mp bar, hence the thread. THANK YOU <3

    (Level-1)*5+19 if past 4th job
158*5+19 = 809 total AP you should have in primary / secondary stats.

    You have
    5 unused AP
    71 STR used AP
    733 DEX used AP
    = 809 AP in primary / secondary

Also you have about 780 HP washes open with your excess mana.

    780*18 HP per average= 14,040 additional HP

    Okay, don't worry.

At level 200, you'll have a total of 1030 base stats.

    You're level 159.

    200-159=41

So you have 41 level ups to go.

    41*5=205.

And you have 205 AP to get through level up!

    1030-205=825

Your base stats should add up to 825, but whatever is remaining when we subtract your base stats is how many AP you have in your HP/MP pool!

    825-75-737-4-4=5

But you have 5 unused AP right now.

So actually, you have 0 AP in HP/MP!

All your AP is where it belongs, in your DEX/STR.

wait so if i should have 809 total AP in my primary stats (which i do) does that mean i have no ability points in my mp bar right now? Im confused because i dont remember removing the ability points from mp and transferring it to a main stat? do u think maybe i already washed it all out and maybe i forgot? im so lost :/

    See my reply above!

You have no AP in your HP or MP.

You can refer back to how I calculated it in the future if you forget again!

    Correct, no AP in HP/MP

You get 10-12 MP per point you put in and additionaly excess MP based on your base int.

So if you had 370 base int
    You'd get (10-12 mp)+(37mp) = 47-49mp
You'd use 1 AP Reset to remove the point and have back your primary STR/DEX stat but also an average of (48-12)MP= 36 excess MP (which equals 3 HP washes since 1 AP reset requires 12 MP for Archers )

Thank you fumino and shiyui, so does this just means that in the past i probably already used my ap resets to remove the ability points from my mp stat? Im just so shocked because i really did not rememeber doing this (but i do remember washing all of the int out)? Or is there an interaction with putting an ability point into mp that i have no idea about

Thank you for this wonderful guide, im sure that people in the future will be able to do it. Quick quesiton, when u say you should have 1030 in base stats, does that include the 4 str/4 dex/ 4luk / 4int?

yes that includes the 4/4/4/4 for a total of 1030
    an example would be:
    lvl 200 night lord with 4 str 4 int 25 dex and 997 luk = 1030

    That is correct, yes!

Make sure you have 1 AP in your HP/MP pool.

And then use AP Resets to -MP +HP over and over and over until you have the HP you want or your MP gets to your minimum MP.

    Minimum MP for archer: Level*14 + 148

MP cost per wash: 12 MP

HP gain per wash: 18 MP

So you can always calculate how many HP washes you can do by:

    1. Calculate minimum MP for your level
    2. Current MP - minimum MP
    3. Divide by 12
