IGN: Skrocek Problem: Can't enter krex portal. Details: Yesterday I went for a krex, everything was fine. Today I decided to go second time and it says that I can enter twice a day. I did not exceed a limit. I used mystic door to get to the map.
Hello, I used to have the same problem like you do. Next time when you enter krex portal or mystic door, make sure you stand still and just hit the "up" key once. It works for me.
I think what you did was tried to enter krex before relog, that would just screw, relog after tried to enter wont fix it.
The issue involves Mystic Door bugging a character's ability to go through a portal, which in this case would "use" the character's Krexel entrance without actually putting them onto the map. The problem is that there is no way to reasonably prove that you did not simply attend two Krexel runs and are now trying to claim a third one. This is why we currently have the following scrolling server message; You are advised to relog after entering Mystic Door ("door") before entering the portal to fight Krexel. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and seek your understanding while the bug is being looked into. Thank you. This is informing you of the bug and making sure it is understood that there is a currently extra requirement to properly fight Krexel without issues. As such, we are not offering refunds for this issue at this time.
