IGN: DoItForRebs Problem: can't get into krexal Details: So I've completed the quest for krexal and have the item to enter however when I try to enter nothing happens. Nothing pops up in my chatlog and I don't enter as well. I have tried ccing and closing the client completely. I've tried with my NL and had no issue getting into the same channel. Having done all that I think it might just be a character issue.
You need both the Mallet and Soul Lantern to enter Krexel, but your character currently does not have a Mallet. Since you don't have the Mallet you won't be able to enter Krexel. Are you sure you've done the Krexel questline or just the Soul Lantern quests?
I'm sure I've done the whole quest. My priest has the ring and everything. Before the new source I've gone in with my priest countless times. When I logged on and press q to check my quest log, it says kill krexel?
But can you confirm to me whether your priest currently has a mallet or not? I couldn't find it in the database. If you don't, do you perhaps know if it was in 1 of your 4 last slots? (The ones that got removed and the items got sent to Fredrick of.)
I could not find a mallet. Just lantern. It's likely that it could have been removed as I could not have done the quest/killed krex all these times without it haha
Apologies for the delayed reply, but have you attempted to repeat the quest? It should give you a new mallet.
