Basically after killing Captain Latanica , the drop soul lantern that is used for krex wasn't dropped. Only Black Essence was dropped. So i'm assuming it is a bug. I pm-ed Dusting and and he helped me out with the dropping soul lantern for me. This is just for you'll to check up on it. Thanks again
It's not 100% drop rate. But we're considering to increase it to 100%, but just not anytime soon as we don't want to disrupt the currently drop table.
