Hi there! Unfortunately we do not issue rewarps unless it's a server sided issue. IE: the game goes down and everybody is dc'ed. We have noticed that there are specific regions (currently SEA/Aus players as of typing this) that are experiencing massive lag spikes. We've also looked into it from our end as well and concluded that the server is currently stable, and there appears to be no outages reported with our host. It appears to be an ISP issue as Dave noted in the Shoutbox a few times this past week that Singtel users were experiencing massive lag spikes, and a few people I know in-game from Aus were experiencing the same as well. My suggestion would be to reach out to your ISP to let them know. We're sorry for the frustration this is causing, however we are unable to assist because there's no issue on our end.
