I asked him if we could get it back and he said he was staying. I was on the rope the whole time and stated my opinion towards his GUILD. He did mapowner so i left right away because i didnt wanna get banned for being on the rope. I dont get why some one would steal ones map and THEN report him EVEN THO I LEFT!! This server has the worst community tbh and this isnt the first time i ran into an issue with Synergys guild.
You were not banned for kill stealing. Even if you look at the report against you it never mentioned kill stealing. You were banned for the rude and intimidating way you spoke to Ksiondz. If you have nothing else to add to your appeal, you won't be unbanned at this time. Ksiondz was looking for a map to train on and came across your Skele one not being in use. He used ~mapowner and found he was indeed the mapowner and rightfully started training on the map since it was his. You then asked him to change channel, to which he declined. You then proceeded to claim he was a scammer like the rest of his guild, even though he had done nothing of the sort, and you also called him a dick.
