Solved [Solution Given] Lacking Skill points

So I am a level 15 rogue and I noticed that I am lacking skill points. I only have 4 skill points right now. One of them was a free one for becoming a rogue and the other 3 came from leveling from 14-15. I am missing skill points clearly. Leveling from 10-15 should yield 15 skill points. Add one the free point given for choosing rogue and I should have a total of 16 skill points.

Can this be fixed?

You need to get your first job at level 10 in order to get all your sp skills.

 

Thank you for the reply. I realized this after Plenty asked me the question above. It has been awhile since I played and I forgot all about that. I just made a new character.
