    I bought the Ladybug Shield from Cashop, but looks like it's bugged - I can't trade or drop it. I don't want it anymore, so I wanted to sell it or at least transfer to another character, because it's taking up my space. If you can't make it tradeable would it be possible to get a refund?

    Unequipping it and changing channels should allow it to be tradable, or at least dropable.

    If it's a donor item, it is never tradable.
