Hi i bought a second hand laptop last week and when i want to play maple royal, i cannot log into my character, please help to check. was working fine on my previous one can log in everything but dosnt allow me to go into my character, the app crash automatically situation right now is my PC can log in perfectly, but my laptop dosnt allow log in ALL Your Character Names:NetflixNChill Last thing you did: farming Why do you think you got banned?: laptop ban? there is no character named NetflixNChill your laptop may have additional mac addresses that stop you from connecting that you can disable
i dont know what mac addresses are active on your laptop, some software like anti game lag accelerators, vpn services, adapters like hamachi or virtual machines add mac addresses to your system that may have gotten banned by other users and cant be used to connect to the game
