hello. Last night servers crash lasted over an hour and then i went to bed. I woke up and i was 30 less percent. I had left my character at 50% parked in the fm and then i wake up i am only 28% im also sad because i had literally just purchased that 1.2x coupon and began training and got to do it for about 30 minutes before the servers crashed. So now i have over 12 hours into this coupon that i have barely gotten to use and was hoping for a small extension on its time. Even after the reset now i have to wait even more for some response to this post before i can even begin playing this game again. ign vortex12
i plan to stop playing until i get some sort of response as a way of making this process simple for you. i feel like if i were to continue playing now that i would make it more hard for you to go back and look at what happened and be able to fix what was done to me. So i will patiently wait for a response thanks

Staff has been working actively on improving server stability to prevent crashes like this from happening again in the future.
