A rainbow snail shell that makes wishes come true?! (Level 10 and above) The last part of the quest where you give Pia the rainbow colored snail shell from Mano is bugged. Once you accept the last part of the quest Pia gets a Quest Complete icon over his head and he won't take the snail shell or respond when I attempt to complete the quest.
