The legendary spirit skill that you gain from eurek does not seem to function properly. 100% scrolls work but all other scrolls do not seem to work at all. For example, I used 60% scrolls 8 times in a row and they all failed please look into
It's just unlucky. It is 100% not broken as I've used it consistently for the last week+ and have been successful in doing so. I've definitely failed over like 20 60%'s in a row though, without Legendary Spirit. Just because it's 60% chance of passing doesn't mean 6/10 will always pass.
