Closed Lesson Learned - Account got hacked but evidence collected to appeal

Problem:I got Hacked.

Explain: I am a little stupid to put an easy password and also registered an account in SLIMETALES which i do not know when did i do that. The GM of that server guessed my password which i do not know how he or she did that. Evidence below collected by my friend @Ellusiion which he happened to be online and witnessed the whole incident. I am happy to let gm to track down the computer or IP address that online my account cause there should be only one as I never play my account in other places not even my friend's place or computer. Can provide full HD image upon requested.
