Awaiting Admin action Level 200 Beginner with no echo of hero

    IGN: Quenelle
    Problem: Missing Echo of hero
    Details: I reached level 200 on my "beginner" and received the quest to obtain the skill "Echo of hero" once i finished the quest by talking to the statue in orbis it says iv already finished the quest and have echo of hero in my skills but unfortunately it was not there.

    I am unable to confirm if level 200 Beginners are able to get Echo of Hero, so I will forward to the Admins for confirmation
