Level 73 Hermit, never HP washed. Do I have to restart?

    I'm looking to make a HP washed high level character...I have a level 73 hermit right now that I've never HP washed before.

    Is it too late for me to get decent HP, if I start washing right now?

    Depends what is your goal and how much you want to invest .
    In my opinion , if you want more than 10k hp you should remake , because it would be cheaper than starting late and also lvl 73 is not that high !
