    Problem: Unable to level up even it shoes 243% in ability area
    Details: Hi, I am posting on behalf of my brother as he is only 14 and he can't express himself clearly. My br0(thelord4) did orbis exchange quest, but apparently, his level is stuck at level 9 even though it show he is now at 243%. As Attached. Please help. [​IMG]=
