Obviously this gives a more cleric/ priest-centric guide, but this is one that I've been using, and it's really well done: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/bellas-bishop-guide.2997/ I would say the grinding isn't bad on this server at all, but it can get monotonous, so I try to switch it up with level appropriate PQ's.
