Idk if this is the place to post this, but I have encountered 3 main issues. 1. Some donor NX items I had are missing from the character Replenish. Specifically and overall and some Eyewear. But my other donor things are fine. 2. 2 characters i have checked so far are missing 2-3 levels. Replenish was either 94 or 95 now is 91(Sorry about the estimations its been a bit) and Octavion was 41-43 40 (found an old ss) now is 39 3. When i try to make a new character, any name i try says it is already taken. I even tried mashing random keys on my keyboard for over 10 different names after trying idk how many real names, either my chances are shit, or there may be an issue.
You probably lost your donor items because some donor items were moved into the regular section of cashshop. You should get your rp refunded
