    He suppose to drop these mastery books:
    [Mastery Book] Rapid Fire (50%)
    [Mastery Book] Snatch (50%)
    [Mastery Book] Shadow Shifter (50%)
    [Mastery Book] Hurricane (50%)
    [Mastery Book] Chain Lightning (50%)
    [Mastery Book] Paralyze (50%)
    [Mastery Book] Power Stance (70%)

    Me and Marty (Linyah) Killed him 4 times, and none of them came out.

    All of those mastery books are in the list of drops for Leviathan. The chance is just very rare.
