We all love to hate big bang (big bang wasnt the problem- potential and cubes was) but noone can deny LHC was the best piece of content ever released in retail maple. Through being 'forced' to play with a full party of 6 to maximise xp ive made friends that ive met in real life and idolised uberfunded credit card cubelords who hit 999,999 per line and oneshot the crocs. One thing noone mentions about how good LHC was is the HP of the mobs. The crocs, weakest mob in there, had 7m hp each. It felt like bossing but you could grind it forever with no reset. That made it so fun for me. please add it in royals just how it was in 2011. Keep the high hp and make the xp if youre in a party of 6 the best xp in the game or at least slightly inferior to krex. Dont bother with adding von leon and its equip drop.
The problem was 100% the cubbing part AND adding so many classes who could hit the whole map and 1 shot everything. LHC was great though, amazing idea and it's SO much more fun to actually grind like that than doing things like bossing or leeching.
Nostalgia is diffrent for every1 and it’s hard for Admins/GMs to decide I think For me personally I’d like LHC too as I always grinned back in original maplestory and never did an bosses Although I enjoy the bossing side of maple here too I think neo Tokyo could be an area to check out for you as it has a party exp system if I’m not mistaking i agree cubing and all map attacks destroyed this game Personally I can’t look at modern maplestory for its grafical overkill, flashiness and high numbers everywhere I also don’t see the Point in it The damage we can do here is so much more clear
