    I'd just like to report that Russellon doesn't actually provide you with the potion to complete the quest. Also the prior quest (Kill 80 Roids) doesn't provide the full reward.

    You have to go to Alcadno Research Institute Lab - Area B-1 and click on the book mounted on a platform in the right part of the map to get the potion (well, pills). Not a bug.
