unfortunately you're also responsible for what your friends or family members do on your computer and/or network, you will not be unbanned.
okay I guess if that's the rule then I can't argue, but just to clarify, my IP can get perma banned because someone else is exhibiting bannable behaviour while using my internet? Aka if he decides to troll me when he comes over and gets my IP banned multiple times
