I haven't played since 2017. Tim was very helpful in figuring out my account username. I know I have another account now but at login it said it's been locked or deleted. Read a bunch of posts about the same issue and wondering if my account has been banned and if I should stop playing. What is the exact error message you're getting? If it tells you that you're banned, please follow this guide to submit a ban appeal. If it tells you that you're account is locked due to PIN-related issues. please follow this guide to submit a manual recovery of your account.
Yes in that case you should submit a ban appeal to find out what happened. If you haven't played in a while and it's only happening on one account though, it's likely been banned as a precautionary measure.
