Problem: Cannot completely log in Details: I log into my account but when I double click on a channel while logging in, the game shuts off and gives me an error. However, when my brother logs in, everything works fine. And YES, I am updated with the new Halloween event.
It's an "error code : -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002)" I can log in... ONLY up to the channel choosing part. I can't even get to my character selection part. The LAST thing I did was enter the FM with that account. I d/ced when I went into the FM because I didn't download the new patches but now I redownloaded them. My brother was able to log in using the SAME computer, but I cannot log in. So I know this is a character issue, I just do not know what the issue really is...
Can you still upload a screenshot of your MapleRoyals folder, showing size and last edited date on them? It makes things easier if we can cross that out right away, and then we will investigate further.
I also have the same problem and the same error. After I went inside the FM, I've been d/cing constantly every time I log on. How do you fix this error?
Hmm... I've randomly dc'd either right after opening the game or selecting a character. I just realized now that patching the game reset the compatibility settings. Try using compatibility settings win7
Tried using win7 compatibility, but I'm still having the same issue where I select a channel and till d/c in the FM. Edit- Okay Downloading atm~
The problem is still occurring. There are 44 files in the MapleRoyals folder. Do you want a picture of all 44 individual file sizes?
Here are all my files INDIVIDUALLY. It even says the modification (edited) date and the file size of each file on my royals folder. If this isn't what you are asking for, then to be honest, I don't know what else you could be looking for.
