Logging in without a mouse

So I'm doing that krex prequest right now where you kill 30 montrecers.
Since they stun you permanently you have to relog every time one hits you.
So I've relogged about 80 times in the last few minutes so far and killed 7 and I really get frustrated that every part of logging in can be done with just the keyboard apart from channel selection where you have to click.

Also maybe montrecer should use a bit more MP for stunning so that they stop doing it after a couple of hours.

 

If you're on in 10~12 hours later (after I get off from work) and if you still need the quest, I can help you kill them.

 

I may be wrong, but I think it was possible back in gms, to log in without having a mouse.
I remember when I was a kid my mom used to take out my mouse so "I wouldn't be able to play" LOL
When you get to channel select, pressing Enter would check the Channel 1, and then at chars, you could press -> or <- to choose and enter to log in.

I wonder if it would be possible to them (Devs) to do something like this, would be easier also for times that you have to relog various times,
like mule transferings.

I'm hoping to get the quest done soon though.

Yeah Godys, I used to do almost everything without a mouse, except maybe dropping items, and I too remember selecting channels with the arrow keys or tab and enter.

 

This particular part of the quest is annoying. The stun is like super permanent, even me with the help of my 200 bishop have a hard time cause if I don't fully 1hit them they will stun me

 

You're right. That mob stun rate is crazy. I try not to hit it when passing through. Sadly, that's how that mob works (meaning, the stun isn't broken. It's just how it works for that mob). I believe different mobs have different stun rate and duration (just like how GMs can stun players indefinitely).

 

And that's because you didn't go to that Trees on the last quest... they seem to be worse.

 

Naaa, there is a map full of them where you can spam gene without barely moving

 

Really? I didn't know about such map.

 

I realized now that power guard makes things worse. The stun lasts 5 seconds but they restun every second. If you get knocked off the platform you are saved, unless you have PG on and just get bumped into 20 more aggressive bulbacars.
I finished the montrecers but i used 700 power elixers. What a waste. And now 2 more quests including dukus arghh.

But this thread is kinda about fixing login tho
