I've been having this problem ever since my ban was over. When I try to login from my home IP, my login button gets stuck on the login page. I'm able to log in on other IPs, however. So far, I've tried these steps without success: Restarting my modem and reinstalling the game Uninstalling duplicated ipv6 adapters Removing any other MAC addresses on my network Changing my account password Anyone have any suggestions or solutions if you've experienced the same thing? Edit: I've also pm'd Tim my problem and he wasn't sure what was going on, so I wanted to hear from anyone else that had the same problem and solved it
How long has it been since you've played? It could be that you need to re-install the game, could be that it's not quite updated to what the game is. But that wouldn't explain why you can log in through other IPs. This 100% sounds like a MAC address issue to me, but re-installing wouldn't hurt.
I've tried reinstalling the game two times now and still had the same issue. Tim said it wasn't a MAC issue o-o I still play almost everyday because I log in on another IP. But it would be nice to be able to use my home IP and play at home :/
