Hi There, I was just wondering if it were at all possible to send a password reset email if you don't remember your game account username? I took a break from Royals since you discontinued Mac support and have forgotten both - I still have access to the email I created my account with, though. Because I do not have enough posts on the forum I cannot contact mods directly! Have a nice day
Hello, this thread has been moved to the Technical Help section. We now have a Control Panel which you can use to reset your password! If you forgot your username as well, your only option would be to follow this guide and request a manual recovery of your account information.
