Login screen freezes after entering password

    Login screen launches fine ; when I enter ID and password and click 'login' it freezes for ~ 15sec. Then I get the message 'trouble loging into the game, please visit support section of royals.ms'

    It worked fine yesterday, and I have tried installing the optional patch but same issue
    Any advice?

    Try to disable firewall ? Firewall might be blocking the ports
