    Hiya. I'm trying to get Elquines on my Arch Mage and the NPC says I need to party up with another Arch Mage. Would anyone like to do this quest with me? I'll try to make it as convenient for you as possible! Please help. '3'

    The quest for elquiness is bugged, the elemental Thanatos doesn't drop the Icy soul rock.

    You will have to do ~gm in game and ask for the "Icy soul rock" item.
