A new top with more dex and luk would be quite cheap. (6+ dex / 21+ luk) New helms with 32+ dex and higher luk and str can be done passively as you boss. Then would do the following is no particular order, but based on the best deals you find as they would all give about +4 WA each and would each cost around 2B to upgrade. 6/7 FS 9/10 Cape 128/129/130 dagger
